Outline of Workshop Topics, Skills, Exercises and Practice
Welcome. Our workshops are designed to impress upon participants there are levers of control available for navigating a pitch as a team. Of course each agency has their own great process, style, talent and experience for pitching. These workshops are not intended to replace them; nor do we recommend acting, imitating or a “right way” to pitch. Rather, our workshops provide a common skillset, vocabulary and real-world context for differently-experienced people to work together to pitch new business. Deck design and basic presentation skills per se are not a focus because they are so available elsewhere; we do however recommend improvements in those areas as necessary during practice and rehearsals. Each workshop is about 90-min, and is designed for approximately 10 participants at a time.
